Miniature, hermetically sealed, glass-encapsulated thermal protector used for over-temperature and over-current protection in various electrical applications The switch has two wire leads at bottom of switch. Current rating is 1A @125vac. The switch is normally closed until the current exceeds 1 amp. then switch will open and will not reclose until the breaker cools. Body of switch measures 30mm x 7mm, not including the leads. Thermo-Protectors are designed to provide the ultimate in low cost protection for the electrical equipment industry.
